Legalization of arbitrariness

We undertake the full implementation of all the necessary actions for the settlement - legalization of your arbitrariness, in accordance with the existing legislation. After communication, an engineer from our office visits you for an autopsy and receipt of all necessary documents. Upon completion of the process by us, we deliver to you a complete settlement file of your arbitrariness.
Any arbitrary construction that meets the requirements of Law 4495/2017 can be arranged if declared from 1/10/2011 to 14/09/2012.
The declaration is made electronically to the T.E.E. and only through an engineer
Our office with the engineers who staff it undertakes the full implementation of all the necessary actions for the settlement - legalization of arbitrary constructions, according to Law 4495/2017, with favorable financial terms of cooperation, which we agree after our autopsy on the arbitrary.
