Vasileiadi Michaela Natalia holds an Integrated Master’s degree in Mineral and Resources Engineering from the Technical University of Crete, carrying out a thesis on Statistical analysis of seismic sequence data in collaboration with the Geodynamic Institute of the National Observatory of Athens. During her Erasmus+ studies, she gained specialized knowledge in Geotechnical Engineering, Mining and Geology by attending postgraduate level courses at Wroclaw University of Science and Technology.She owns a certification from the University of Piraeus, on the program Bioeconomy, Circular Economy and Sustainable Development as well as by Google for her successful completion of the seminar "Foundations of Project Management".Her professional career started at OAKAE - Organization for the Development of Crete S.A., working on various geotechnical projects. She continued at a Chemical Company -Chemicotechniki Laboratories- as Project Manager on soil analysis and sampling.Today, she significantly strengthens the MK team with her experience in multiple design tools, organization and management tools as well as programming tools such as R, Matlab. Her interest in sustainable development (SDGs), biomimicry and circular economy constitutes the foundation for her future involvement on green buildings. As she states "With a detailed design and correct planning, we will lead to a more sustainable future".
